Announcements for Parents: Drop-Offs: Eighth Grade drop-off is along N. 67th street by the gyms; seventh grade drop-off is at first cut-out heading west along Walker Ave driving from 70th toward 67th street; sixth grade drop-of is in the cut-out on Walker Ave closest to N. 67th street. Please be patient with students, supervisors, and each other as winter weather approaches. With construction, maneuvering around campus is more confusing.

Tonight at 6:30, a short public meeting on the renovation progress is being held in the Mickle Middle School Media Center. Please come join us to hear about our progress and our future.

Announcements for Students: The Mickle All-Girls Choir will practice Thursday morning, December 20 in the choir room at 7:15 a.m.

IMPORTANT = There will be NO REHEARSAL for ALL-SCHOOL CHOIR OR GIRLS CHOIR AFTER SCHOOL on Thursday, December 20 (due to a staff meeting).

The Mickle Native American Caucus meets this Thursday in room 112. See you then, Mr. Rousseau

Attention Artists!!!! Animal drawings are needed for the Pet Show Book. Draw an animal and turn it in at the library, it could be published! Thanks! Mrs. Vanneman

Students interested in learning to and competing in the sport of wrestling, the Competitive Edge Wrestling Academy is now having sign up and practice every Monday and Wednesday Night at 6:30 at the Devaney Sports Center in the UNL wrestling room. Contact Rusty Steiger @ 402-525-5801 for details.

There are lots of nice clothes and other items in the lost and found. Please come claim your items. The lost and found will be packed up and donated over Christmas break. You need to get you belongings before then or they will be gone. The lost and found is located at the end of the hall by the FCS room.

Anthony Ainslie has been selected by the Mickle Character Education Committee as our B107.3 Character MVP Award winner. Listen to a summary of Anthony's great character qualities throughout this week on B107.3. Congratulations, Anthony.

The deadline for Pet Show entries in the media center is Friday, December 21, the last day before vacation. Be sure to enter, 3 lucky students will star on posters with their pets. See Mrs. Vanneman or Mrs. Scheuler for details!

INTRAMURALS Way to go Mickle Boys basketball - congratulations on a great season!

Girls Basketball will begin on Monday - January 7th. Please report for try outs.
