Announcements for Parents:

New Entrances: 6th graders new entrance will be at the gym doors on the west side of the building. 7th graders will enter the main doors and will wait in the main hall by the media center. 8th graders should be dropped off on the south side of the building and enter the portable doors where they will wait in the east wing by the lockers.

Announcements for Students:

The SHAC committee and any staff or students who would like to participate in the Bethany neighborhood parade on April 27th are asked to attend an informational meeting and craft time after school next Monday, April 7th. Please see Mrs. Jorgensen, Mr. Burtch of Mrs. Vossler if you have questions.

Project Bridge Builders meets today in the cafeteria. This club is for African American young men. The club is run by UNL"s Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. The club offers homework help, playing sports, and learning the art of stepping! There is a sign-up sheet outside of the cafeteria or feel free to just show up on Thursday!

"Congratulations to Mickles Destination Imagination Team, consisting of Larisa E., Kylie K., Marissa P., and Toni T., won the Instant Challenge at the Improvisation Challenge at the regional Destination Imagination Competition in Plattsmouth. Great work Mickle students!"

Box tops will be collected for the month of March this Friday during 1st period. The class with the highest percentage turned in wins the ice cream cake. All proceeds go to the purchase of the mobile computer lab.

Latina students please turn in your registration forms to Mrs Davis ASAP for the Latina Youth Leadership Conference.

The Mickle Native American Caucus meets this today in Portable 11 after school until 3:45. We will be discussing our T-Shirts. See you then. Thank you, Mr. Rousseau

Students interested in detasseling this summer can request an application from there grade level counselor. Applicants must be at least 12 by July 1. Davis

LOST AND FOUND: Please claim your items out of the lost and found. All items remaining on April 11 will be bagged up and donated to charity!

April is Cans for Books month. Bring a grocery sack full of pop cans to the media center and have a chance to win a beautiful poster! Ask in the media center for details. INTRAMURALS

Mickle Track Schedule For the Season 7th grade report Monday and Thursday, 8th grade report Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday - All report Practice will end around 4:30 and you must be off campus at that time.

Breakfast Menu for Friday: Buttermilk Pancakes, Cold Cereal, Whole Grain Toast, Juice or Milk.

Lunch Menu for today: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, Hot Dog, BBQ Shredded Chicken Sandwich, and fresh salads made daily here at Mickle.

Today is an "A" day.
