Announcements for Parents:

There will be no Homework Clubs on tonight. April 23 because all of the Homework Club teachers have meetings after school. Please make arrangements ahead of time.

Announcements for Students:

As the weather is turning warmer, we know that student clothing choices also begins to change. Midriff shirts and spaghetti straps shirts are out, as well as, loose athletic jersey tank tops for boys will not be allowed unless worn over a shirt with wide straps or over another t-shirt. Teachers will work with students when a concern exists by handing them a pink colored pass to help fix the concern.

Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade participants in the district science fair. Both grades won the award for highest participation in the district science fair. The plaques will be displayed in the office window. Way to go Mickle!

April is Cans for Books month. Bring a grocery sack full of popcans to the media center and have a chance to win a beautiful poster! Ask in the media center for details.

"Friday is Mickle Pride Day. Make the most of your day by showing your school spirit and wearing your school colors. Go Missiles!!"

Future LNE Rockets: You are invited to Seacrest Field on Wednesday, April 23, to help cheer the Boys and Girls Soccer Teams to a Victory! One paid parent gets a future rocket student in the gate for free. Wear black for Black Out Night!

INTRAMURALS

Mickle Track Schedule for the Season 7th grade report Monday and Thursday, 8th grade report Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday - All report Practice will end around 4:30 and you must be off campus at that time.

Breakfast Menu for Thursday: Toasted Bagel, Cold Cereal, Whole Grain Toast, Juice or Milk.

Lunch Menu for today: French Toast Sticks & Sausage Links, BBQ Beef Riblette Sandwich, Fish & Cheese Sandwich, and fresh salads made daily here at Mickle.

Today is an "A" day and for our 8th graders, this morning during Period 1, we will be taking the annual 8th grade class picture in the new East gym. If you are interested in purchasing a copy of the $12 picture, payment envelopes are due to the office by Friday of this week. Teachers will escort you ASAP.
