*BackPack Extra Mile Walk
This year’s annual BackPack Extra Mile Walk will be held the morning of Saturday, April 26, at NorthWest High School UBT Stadium.  For over a decade, the LPS BackPack Extra Mile Walk has eased hunger in our community. Funds raised from the event directly support Child Hunger Programs at the Food Bank of Lincoln, providing LPS students and families with weekly and monthly access to nutritious food options through the BackPack Program and School Food Markets.

Mickle is supporting the Food Bank BackPack Program with a Student Council sponsored collection in classrooms the weeks of March 31 – April 11.  If you would prefer to donate online, or for more information please visit www.lincolnfoodbank.org/extramile  Thanks for your support to this worthwhile cause!
