*All student medication needs to go home prior to the end of the school year. Please work with the Health Office to make plans for medication, inhalers, epi-pens and student supplies to be picked up or sent home. Any medication left after the last day of school will be destroyed per medication guidance.
*If your student is missing their prescription glasses, please have them check with the office as we have numerous pairs that want to go home with their people for the summer.
*CLC will have full program only Monday through Wednesday. No before or after school activities this week. Students should plan to leave campus at dismissal each day.
*Conduct – We want students to end the year on a positive note. Students have been informed that conduct and behavior at the end of the school year is just as important as any other time. Please talk with your student and let them know that you are also aware of the school stance of ending on a positive note.
*Last day of School Early Release – Last time together outside for mixed grade yearbook time – 8th Grade – 2:35, 7th grade – 2:40, 6th grade 2:45. If a student would rather not stay and mingle, they are welcome to safely leave campus for the summer.
*Outside food and lunch time – Please avoid making lunch plans to eat with your student on the last two days of school. No ‘door dashed’ or adult drop off fast food meals will be accepted during this last week. Delivering a forgotten cold lunch to main door 1 is acceptable.
*Students will be checking in chromebooks on Tuesday, May 20th. Please be sure your student brings their chromebook and power cord.
*Locker clean out will be on Wed., May 21st. Students will not have lockers on the last day of school. Please limit what they bring to school to a cold lunch (if they are not eating the school lunch). We will store these in a safe location for students.
*Purchased yearbooks will be delivered to students on Thursday, May 22nd during 1st period. For those who didn’t purchase a yearbook but would still like memory signatures, signing cards will also be available during 1st period.
*Reports cards will be available to view in ParentVue on May 27th.
*Negative meal account balances can be paid in the school office until Thursday, May 22nd. Negative meal balances need to be paid in full before June 30, 2025.
*There are no more checkouts from the library for this school year. All books should be returned to the library. Students with a clear account may stop by the library for a small piece of candy.
