This week is Anti-Bullying Week at Mickle!  The kickoff event happened on Friday for 8th graders.  The Illusion Theater will be here this and next week for 6th and 7th graders.  “Take A Stand, Lend A Hand” and help keep Mickle’s hallways and society bully free!

The Anti-Bullying message for everyone today is “Our environment is better Bully-Free”  Young people have more chance of achieving their full potential without bullying.  We know that bullying leads to students missing school, failing exams, dropping out of sports, staying away from extra-curricular activities, and limiting their life choices.  It is time that you help make this stop!

This year’s national theme “Shine a Light-Stop Bullying” emphasizes the affects of bullying on achievement.  Together we can make it clear that we do not accept bullying in our schools, clubs, and teams.  We strive to create environments that are bully-free!

Sign the Big Shoes in the hall to support Anti-Bullying Week at Mickle all this week.  We have 2 big shoes for each grade level.  Our Anti-Bullying Slogan is posted above the shoes.
