*Garden Club is now being offered Mondays and Thursdays every week (except May 6th) till 4:15 pm. We need LOTS of help in the garden planting, digging holes, and getting the garden ready for the summer. We can’t wait to show students and staff how awesome it is going to look next year. If you want to participate, you need to fill out a permission slip and turn it into Mrs. Hammond. Stop by the office or Mrs. Hammond’s room, 115, to pick one up. Mondays are weather permitting and will be canceled if there are weather-related issues. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Hammond at khammond@lps.org

8th Graders – Friday of this week, we will be taking our annual class picture!  Examples of past years are always on display in the main hallway. On Friday, students in attendance will participate during their 1st period class!

KFOR Summer punch tickets are in the office for purchase. They are $5 each.

*Summer volunteer opportunity! Lincoln City Libraries are looking for volunteers to help with their summer reading program. Volunteers will work 1-2 hours a week helping younger students sign up for the program, answering questions and any other capacity they may need. If interested, see Mrs. Fickes in the media center or stop by your city library branch to get an application form. After filling out the form, volunteers will need to attend a training at the branch they are interested in working at. See Mrs. Fickes with any questions.
