*Are you interested in finding out more information about the Lincoln Northeast Trap Club and the sport of Trap? Did you miss the Lincoln Northeast Trap Club Familiarization Day on September, 19, 2020? Do you want to try Trap again after attending the Lincoln Northeast Trap Club Familiarization Day on September, 19, 2020?
Join the Lincoln Northeast Trap Club for a “Familiarization Day” to see what Trap is and if you would like to participate in Trap season during the 2021 spring. Find out how participating in Trap can help build confidence, individual skills, teamwork, and new relationships. The event is on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 1 to 4 pm at the Lincoln Trap and Skeet Club. (4855 North 48th Street – just north of 48th and Superior). Coaches and team members will be available to answer questions. Some equipment and a few sporting devices will be available to utilize. Cost for the targets and cartridges are covered for a limited amount. A responsible adult is required to be present for any student wishing to participate in Trap. The Lincoln Northeast Trap Club will follow all applicable Directed Health Measures (DHM) and request all participants comply with all applicable DHM. This includes, but not limited to, observing social distancing when possible, the use of appropriate face coverings, and sanitizing items before and after use. If you or anyone close to you feel ill on the day of the event, if you or anyone close to you have been or may have been exposed to someone exhibiting symptoms or has a documented case of COVID-19, please observe the applicable DHM and we can make arrangements to meet at a later date.

“On Wednesday, we wear PINK!” October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month. Wearing pink helps show support for those who are struggling, have struggled or will struggle.
Thursday Jersey day. Wear your athletic gear, support your favorite sport or sports team!
On Friday, dress retro – Bring out your favorite fashion trends from the past 60 years.
Yearbooks can be purchased through MyStudentBucks on ParentVue, or in room 211. The cost is $25.

The pre-order site will close on October 18.
Orders will be delivered to school for handouts in the first part of November.
Mickle Girls’ Basketball is happening! If you have an interested 7th or 8th grader, have them complete the form by going to lps.org and using the jump code BBP3.
